We carried out a whole office fit out for this new build in Leyton, London. This was a huge project that took the JDM team 6 months to complete.
The job was acquired by tender, and we took on the dry-lining package that included, metal stud partitioning, insulation, plasterboard works, and dry-lining. This job had to have a sound proof rating, as well as deflection on the ceiling lines to allow movement from the levels above.
We also took on the fire package that included fireproofing all the steel works throughout to give them a fire rating. It was a big job completed to our usual high standards.
